New bimmer owner

I just got a new 318is and was told it was a '91, but I don't have a owner's manual. I need to know how much oil to put in to change oil and where to get an owner's manual/service manual. It was built in 04/90 so i'm assuming the model year is correct. Does anyone know of any online help/service pages for easy reference? Thanks!

You could always start with something small, say 4qts. make sure it drains and then check your dip stick. If it is still low, add more untill you can see oil on the dip stick.

Also double check the dip stick method by turning on the car to see if the oil light is coming on.

Congrats on the new bimmer. Looking forward to seeing pics.
