Battery change on my e30 325ie
 

Hi Guys, i'm quite new to your forum and am pleased to have finnaly signed up. My pride got in the way.
Anyways, i have e30 325i auto and recently replaced the battery on it as the old 1 just died out (gues it was a age thing) Now the wipers and alarm wont stop sirening. I have tried putting the key in ignition position 2 and connecting the battery but that didn't help.
Please advise what else i can try, just scared the new battery drains itslef from standing.

Sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm system installed in there somewhere. If you don't have a remote for it you'll need to find and uninstall it (had that issue on my E34, it bypassed all the factory stuff).
