Hello everyone i am new here and just have some question because i just got a 1987 325 4 doors and my gauges don't want to work my gas gauge does and i can see how many miles i have travel but everything else doesn't does any one knows how i can check to see what it can be i found a cluster for cheap but i am not sure if this is really the problem, i got the one in the car almost out now.

Pull the dash cluster, check the SI board for batteries. If it has them solder in new rechargeables, if not check and clean the ground point
