86 325es misfiring
 

i have an 86 325es and one morning i was gunna go to work and it wouldnt start. just crank, no sputtering. so a couple days later i discovered that the pump was bad. so now that i got the new pump in and now the motor sounds and feels like its misfiring. it sounds terrible. when i accelerate is when i hear it the most. need help please.and its really irritating because it has been breaking a lot lately. any help would be greatly appriciated.
