bmw e30 fuel problems 318is PLEASE HELP

i have a 1991 bmw 318is i bought the car for $600 for the high miles it was still in good shape and it ran good the guy said the car had been sitting on the trailer for a while... but it started and ran great so when i got it home i put new gas in it and did the spark plugs then it ran even better... For one trip up the driveway then i shut it off and thats the last time it ran since ive changed all the filters and everything and the fuel pump seems like its working theres fuel coming out the side of the filter where it comes in from the tank but if you open the chambers in the injector when your cranking the engine over there is no fuel at all?? also it started making this god awful squealing noise but it may just be some fan belt adjustment but this didnt happen until it wouldnt start again it also happened when i first bought it but it went away for a short time this car was amazing when i bought it and it shouldnt take much to get it running again...hopefully i have three bmws and i love them all they have all been amazing anyway if you have an answer you can even email me directly at quadmasterosborn@gmail.com
