87 BMW 325 super eta!!
Hi all Im new to the Forum bought my 325e 3 months ago and just cant stop driving it !! I cant DRive 65 !! Was gonna buy a chip for the ECU but found out it has been rewired to accept the 3 row 153 ecu ? Took it by a shop and the head mech said the car has been modified alot I injectors cold start valve removed , the 2 sensors that are normally on the flywheel have been replaced with a single crankshaft sensor ? The car runs like a bat out of hell on the highway but its runs a bit rich as Ive seen from a bit of black exhaust And it has a sweet sounding cat back exhaust that is also black at the tips ? It fires right up everyday but sitting it idles up and down a few hundred rpm ? anybody have any clues ???? It just passed the emission test here in GA so I know its not running to rich ??? Anybody know how to reset the service lights without buying the 80 dollar tool ? By the way I bought the same car in germany for 4 cartons of cigs from a croation in 97 lol !! |
