1989 325is Interior
Hi. I scoured the 'net for information but I could not come up with any suitable solution to my problem. So, I was wondering if anyone with an E30 could potentially help me out. Both of my questions have to do with the interior, they are as follows;
1. My trim bezel(?) around where the radio,OBC, and HVAC controls are located is broken(Cracked). How do you replace the Bezel? Do you have to detach the HVAC Controls and all the related electronic equipment? If so, could somebody provide me with(or point me to) directions on how to do this?
2. My OBC will not display the following functions;
- The "range" function will Just Flash "----km" regardless of how full or empty the tank is. I pressed the set/res. to no avail.
- The L per 100km with display "----L/100km" no matter what.
-The avg. speed always displays(0.0km/h) regardless.
Is the OBC Broken? The other fuctions work just fine.
I would greatly appreiciate any help pertaining to these two questions. Thank you.

I can't think off top of my head if that piece is replaceable on it's own or you need to replace the whole dash board .
Your OBC needs to be reset i think, how many buttons does it have, if it's six button turn the key to on, don't start the car, and set your time and date. see below link if it's the older kind or just for general idea.

P.S. Remember any time you disconnect the car battery the OBC will need to be reset.
