Perfrmance Trans Oil?

What kind of oil are you e30 guys using on your manual transmissions for performance? I filled mine with regular gear oil and it's doing fine but I would like a little more performance out of my e30. Thanks.

I use VP 44-8 in my both my manual tranny bimmers. I figure it holds up in in my 1000hp diesel pulling truck it should hold up fine in the little 180-200hp 1.8's.
