You all have beautiful cars. :) lol, there's something about e30's......

witeshark 04-17-2005 11:58 PM

There is something about mine. Having been in Europe on the actual Autobahn and all (I drove it once there! :) )

spiff 04-18-2005 12:15 AM

E30's have a style, a character, a feeling, a passion..more then anything i have ever driven.

Their potential and capability stock..and for the $$ you'd pay for one, truely is remarkable, especially with some skill behind the wheel, id definetly use an E30 for the "ultimate driving machine" example, because that car is so amazing right out of the box, and for the PRICE, GEEZ...

yeah i'be been thinking about doing that but i've got more important things to do to it at the moment. i need fatter sway bars and front and rear strut bars. want to sharpen up the handling a bit more before i do much more to the exterior.
i've got a hartge rear bar sitting in the roof of the garage at the moment waiting to be painted and fitted and i'm eyeing off some hartge skirts at the moment too so watch this space

spiff 04-18-2005 11:19 AM

sounds like a plan, shadowline is very easy to do though, just scuff the trim, tape it off(takes about 15-30 min), then paint(15 min)...then do it again for other side...its easy, and really does make the car look awesome

custom made, total to make them i spent 70 it would have been cheaper but i broke a highbeam and had to get one from one of those junkyard shops that get best stuff off of cars when they come in and it was 50 for just the highbeam!!

and to go one with what spiff said you forget to mention how long these cars last!!! can last 200+ and still can run strong
