Start with the basics, check your fuses first, does the defogger button light up when you push it on, might be bad as well?

yes button lights up....fuses are OK ...
When I take electrical tester and connect one end to window wires, and the other end to metal where back door locks down, electric tester light up..
So I guess that wire from the window that is connected to the ground lost contact somwhere, but I cant see where that wire goes after where is connected to the window.

I just looked at a wiring diagram and there is nothing tricky about that system, it recieves its power directly from the switch and you have that..What I would be looking for is the physical connection point between the contact strip and the window?, solder connection?.

every strip has power, so my guess is that wire FROM the window lost its connection...Yesterday I read somwhere that wire should be connected to the ground (G300) somwhere behind the seats.....but Im still not qute sure where is that..

Try the seats then, they are very easy to take out.
