'89 325i Replace Power Window Switch

Does anyone know of a site showing step by step instructions (picture would be helpful since I am no mechanic) to replace the power window switch in a 1989 325i Coupe?

Take a small flat head screw driver and pry lightly around all the edges untill it comes up enough for you to pull out. Unplug and plug in new switch.

and if your talking about the ones in teh center console, you can actually get under it by removing your shift boot(pull up) and then push up on the switch from underneath.
