How to tuck metal bumpers on E30

i have been searching online and mostly found how to convert the bumpers, few mentioned there is a way to tuck the metal bumpers, anyone can tell how or post some links on tucking the dive boards. thank you!

Sounds like you just have to drill out the bumper shocks from under the car, no need to take them off and then push them in. Sometimes pushing them in can be hard and you have to use something like a tree.

Check this out its pretty straight forward:

yea i've been looking into it ever since i got my car... i'd just be too scared to mess it all up cause it's like 300 bucks for a new bumper.

thanks nick_318is, very useful info indeed. if i go that route i will post pics, before and after.

on a lighter note, i am waiting on my billie sports and E30 m3 springs to get here and install them, can't wait.
