Meyle control arms?
Anyone know about Meyle or Hamburg Technic lower control arms and tie rods? Are they better than OEM? Thanks Last edited by HyeTide; 11-21-2007 at 12:23 PM.. |

The arms themselves are no different, but the balljoints are better. Slightly stiffer ride, and they last a lot longer than OEM.

i have read that they are better then OE. Havent used them, but based on others reviews i would say they are good.

i would rather put used Lemforder parts then new Meyle or Crapburg-techinic parts.

I bought the package off ebay that had inner and outter tie rods, lower ctrl arms, front sway bar links for around 200$. I believe they all were meyle but I havent had a problem with them yet.

for the e39, meyles are beyond not recommended. it's what a dealer would use to patch up a warrenty work and move on. maybe it's different for e30's
