E21, E30General discussion and technical help for 1975-1991 3 series cars.
Yeah. That guy was "sent on his way" after slamming and insulting almost everyone on the forum just 'cause no one answered a question he had. When Nick asked him about why he didn't share his info like almost all do here, he just continued on his rant. Let me ask some friends of mine over here adn I can let you know by late tomorrow.
BTW, wouldn't it cause a problem since the Mini is FWD and we run RWD?

Here is what i know, the offset isn't right, you would need a spacer. Also the center-bore is too small i think. You could spend some money to get them machined to fit. I dont know if there is a spacer that would accommodate all that is needed but they are not going to be a direct fit. I think in the tread where that dude was being a dick i posted some links but i dont remember.
mmhkay thank you guys a lot, this really helped me out
So I guess I'll stick to searching for Alpina rims...
they look way better anyways
only bad thing is here in Germany there are almost no rims offered for the E30s, the only ones they have look cheap...
it's better in the US...
btw does anyone know which BBS those are? Cause if I knew, I'd look for them: http://cars.desktopnexus.com/wallpaper/158/

^Hahahaaha, dude that is my car. Those are BBS RX 7.5X17". You need a spacer to run them. I ordered from Tirerack here in the states and they told me everything I needed, so I got wheels/Tires/Longer Lugs/Spacers.
I know, I just noticed it in the other thread...
I had it as my desktop background for like a month now!
Thx, I'll look it up if they're available here...
Only thing which could be a hassle is that rims which aren't licensed for my car have to get a special certificate which is about 200$ so I can put them on my car
