Can anybody in the Los Angeles area help me?
 

I've been trying to get all the repairs done on my 1985 BMW 325e in order to pass smog now for 3 months but it still won't pass. Since my car isn't properly registered, I got a ticket that I need to go to court for by Wednesday and since the repairs aren't done, I'm getting desperate.

I heard there are Smog places that if you pay around $150-$200 they will "make it" pass smog, and then I'll have more time to get the proper repairs done.

Anybody know of such Smog Check places like that in the Los Angeles area? I'd be willing to travel within a 40 miles radius to get it done.

smog usually consists of exhaust emissions, so even though i dont know exactly what is wrong with your car, i woudl safe your money, get new cats(if the old ones are bad) new 02 sensors, and a new MAF sensor
