auto tranny fluid/mounts

ok, here are my questions

according to the realOEM site, my tranny is a 4HP22-GA, automatic, yes i know auto sux but that is along story, still like my bmw though and i want to flush the tranny fluid.

what is the recommended ATF fluid or what r most of u guys using if u have auto tranny, on the car manual says anything that is Dexron Mercon 2, i also read the redline fluid is pretty good but pricey.

tranny mounts,

i came across somewhere on the net that the oem tranny mounts are weak and some1 suggested using the mounts for a E21 or something, should i stick with the oem mounts or get better strength, aftermarket kind.

Red Line is a little more money, but well worth it. You'll feel the difference. And try to get aftermarket mounts, since you're planning to replace them anyway- much more solid performance and shifting.

Is the Castrol Dexron Mercon synthetic as the redline auto tranny fluid, i checked the local store that has some redline fluids and it's 10$ per quart. the Castrol Dexron Mercon is like $4 a quart.

what after market mounts are recommended?
