Validating Aftermarket/Performance Parts
Besides price how can anyone tell what parts are from quality vendors whether they are just simple after market replacement parts or performance enhancing parts.
Well, just look around at different forums. Search for the part your looking at and if you can't find anything ask around. You should find plenty of info on whats good and whats sucks.
As stated by RS surf the forums and after a while (and some reading) you'll see a pattern of who's a reliable vendor/ supplier and who's a "fly by night". UB forum here is a fantastic source of info. And the members will tell you their experiences w/gear. Ebay has it's offers but it's "buyer beware" there. Also folks like bavauto, pelican parts & realoem are good sources of info.
