How to find my car specs - United Bimmer Community

Hello everyone, as you know I am new here and just got an E30 1989 325i. I want to know what specs the car had when it was out of the dealership. I know there is a way to find out with the VIN #. I dont want to know car history or records, I just want to know what equipment the car had. I know it was manufactured in Germany, but I would love to know the complete specs on it.

Anyone knows about this info or how to get it?

The original equipment can be found from the VIN but keep in mind that a car that old may have had parts replaced like the rear differential case as an example.

what specs are you looking for? measurements? performance? you said when it was out of the dealership. do you want to know what features and extras it came with?

You can also goto the dealer and have them run the vin I think they can tell you exactly what specs/packages the car came with as well as production and delivery dates.
