1993 E30 316i Touring
 

My BMW is a late 1993 model Touring, one of the last E30s manufactured, I believe. It has ABS, 15'' BBS cross-spoke alloys and rear brake discs; it also has a front spoiler with air-scoops and built-in fog lamps. (not sure of the type as it's my first BM). She's done 89,000 miles and runs very well.

I'm planning a few subtle mods for the future. I'm undecided whether to keep the original alloys or go for newer ones. I've seen some nice rims: silver round the edge with 5 matt black spokes. I would also want to lower it. Maybe I'll also blacken the grill and BMW 'kidneys.'

Can anyone tell me their opinions for mods mods? I'm on a budget, so have to think about that too. I'm after a more aggressive look.

Pics would be helpful, are you sure its an e30 I thought 92 was the last of them and they were all convertables.

Hi Nick, yeah, it's deffo an E30. Maybe it was only in Europe, or the UK, but they did make the Touring model up until 1993. Unless of course they were made before and not registered until '93. As it was the very last one, it was loaded with extras and called the Touring Lux.

As for the photo, I have emailed the moderator and asked if he can tell me why my photo isn't showing in'my ride'. I have done everything it asks...:dunno
