What does an e28 weigh?

If you replace the power seats with proper ones, rip out all the carpeting, headliner, stereo/AC/heat console, and blinky red light computers? It's a serious question, I'd like to know.

I'd think about the weight difference of the things removed minus the weight on anything added (like new seats) My guess is the best weight saving would net just over 100 lbs or less

Do u have the original manual for it? If you do ittl tell u the curb wieght. Then just estimate how much the seats would be, carpeting would be like 2lbs at most. The stereo/AC/heat and the leadliner would only really get u about 10-15lbs at most.
