New lower control arms and new bushings fixed the problem.

PS hoses were leaking and all were replaced.

i can't believe they only warranted 1 of the 3 lines...
did they say why they wouldn't do the other 2?

They originally only replaced 1 of the 3 lines. It cost me $600 to fix the PS leak with their warranty on 1 line and comping me 1 hour of labor.

Unbelievable. I had no idea that the hoses cost so much. One hose was $275. I have been molested

Contact BMW NA customer service and "howl" and ask for an explanation why 1 hose was under warranty and others were not. That sounds like a dealer con job. That's like warranty on 1 piston - BS. That "stealership" wasn't doing you any favors or as they refer to it "you were a lay down" and they pitched you all the way. Make copies of your receipt (because they'll want to see it) - if you need #s let me know before I roll for Japan later this week.

Send me those numbers. Last year, the other 2 lines were okay. It just seems like BS. Why wouldn't they have replaced all of the lines.

BMW Customer Relations -> 1.800.831.1117 - have all your documentation handy, your VIN #, etc...
TIP: speak nicely, calmly & describe your issue. If the phone rep seems "unresponsive" ask for a supervisor or ask to have a meeting at the dealership with the regional rep. to show them your problems.
If you want results from them - you need to exert yourself. Alot of people complain about all kinds of things from trivial to rediculous stuff, so it's kind of a natural screening process - if you have real issues, you'll follow through.
