Help me please, need intake and exhaust
Once again the question remains of what type of exhaust and intake to have installed on my 97 528i. here are my questions...
I am strongly considering dinan but do i really need the stage 2 software with it?
how is the sound of this on a inline 6 *anyone have a soundclip of a 6 cylinder?
Wheres the best place to buy my products for fast delivery and prices?
thanks guys any response is great,
brad

For the intake I recommend either Eurosport High Performance for $359.00 shipped or AFE Cold Air Intake Kit for $400 shipped.
You dont need Dinan Software when getting a Dinan Exhaust.
However, when you get software you do get the most benefit from it when you have a cold air intake and aftermarket exhaust setup.
I can offer a Supersprint Rear Section full stainless steel Exhaust with dual round tips for $660.00 and free ground shipping.
There's also a Supersprint Mild Steel with hartge oval tip for $400.00 shipped.
If you want more sound Supersprint has a straight pipe that replaces the factory resonator for $100.00 shipped.
PM or email me if you're interested in ordering any of these parts.

I'm personally very partial to UUC. I love the sound of their exhaust.
All intakes are going to be similar in performance... sound is the key. I choose Dinan, but like Jon mentioned, there are a lot of other options.

supersprint is $$$$. My friends M coupe has it and its nice but not worth the dollars(IMO) unless you want a really high quality system thats real quiet. For an intake go to ECISBMW.com. They make great intakes for almost all bmw's for a a good price. For exhaust I'd look at Turnermotorsports.com. Turner has all kinds of exhaust systems and intakes for almost any bmw. You dont need a chip for any of it but a chip would only help you out. The Shark injector on Turner is a good mod(komodo has one)
