Injectors on e28

Has anyone replaced the fuel injectors on a 528e?
If so, how hard was it?
Thanks!!

Hey, my first car was a 87 528e. When i did the injectors, i just had to pull a few things off. Its not hard but its time consuming. It wasnt an overly difficult task though.

Are you replacing with a higher flow rate or just replacing with OE?
It's not difficult, but there will be some maneuvering involved :) Pretty darn time consuming though.

OE.
They are leaking.
Would it be better to take the intake off so I can get full access to the fuel rail?
Thanks for the response!

Removing that silly intake manifold does make the job easier. It's how I go about doing it. I couldn't imagine attempting the job w/o removing that sucker.
