SS Lines

Any recommendation for SS brake lines for E39 530i? Most stores have versions specific to M3s, and bimmerworld has a generic bimmerworld version of SS lines for the E39. Not sure if there's any difference..any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Shawn

i heard UUC braided ones are good, but thing is,they are all stainless steel brake lines, as long as you dont get the cheap crap, any decent brand will do

I have the UUC lines and I am very impressed. You're probaly good if you go with Stoptech, Goodrich, UUC, or TMS.

Stoptech are the ones I am looking at. They all vary in price from $100-$130.

Cool, I found UUC ones and goodrich ones... goodrich are a bit more expensive so I might stick with the UUC ones. PS. anyone know where I can get the service manuals for e39 for less? Or am i stuck with amazon.

I just ordered a set of Stoptech from NA motorwerks -$180 - I liked them because they had the sheilded braided line & they have the good angled fittings. Make sure you buy good lines, safety is nothing to go cheap on.
