535i E39 '98 steptronic problem

When temps +30C uphill in M mode gear drops to 2 and will not select higher.
Works correctly in http://www.unitedbimmer.com/forums/i...con9.gifcooler conditions. Anyone know what the problem is ?http://www.unitedbimmer.com/forums/i...cons/icon9.gif
