Yeah if it was actually his I'm sure he would enjoy it. But....the dealer owns it.

Im not sure about the 4.6 and 4.8 which they offer in the X5 but Im sure the X5 5.0 is comming sometime.
The engine in the 550 is a 4.8, not a 5.0.

Also, forgot to mention the 4.4 is still available in the X5. The 4.6 was replaced a while ago by the 4.8.

The facts show that the X5 4.6is was only in production from 2002 - 2003.

X5 4.6is M62 8 cylinder 350 HP 250 km/h 2002 - 2003

Actually, I was thinking that today too, that they'd come out with a 5.0 liter X5, but from the pictures I've seen of the 2007 X5 model it looks like a combined X3/X5.

But yeah, they have the 550, 650, 750, and 850.

Anywho.

Still a cool and totally hot performance sedan to be around! Man, must be nice to be surrounded by ultimate driving machines everywhere you look, breathe and work in. We're all envious of that fact for sure!! BEST!

Sure is! I also have the "Heads-Up" feature in my E60 545i Sport Sedan. Very functional, very Formula 1 like and cool. Displays speed, navigation info, graphics and other relevant driver based info.

Paid $1,000 for this option at time of purchase and definitely well worth the investment. Everyone who sits behind the wheel of my car notices the read-out immediately and raves about it also. Cool indeed. BEST REGARDS
