Oil suggestion

Just bought an '02 E39 touring. Any motor oil thoughts. Have been useing Mobil 1 synthetic in my '92 E34 touring.

Mobile 1 is an approved oil by BMW. As well as Castol European Formula and Amsoil. Most people use 5w-30 or 5w-40 in their 5 Series.
