Help ! Need to repair Timing tensioner guide ! Anyone?
 

Hi i live in Edmonton, Alberta south, i own a Bmw 540i 1999 4.4L, V8

I just recently replaced the tensioner and idler pulllys with an ac belt and serpentine belt... WITH MY LUCK the next day i turn on the car "after a hard days work ready for the weekend" it starts to make this horrible noise and check engine light blinking !! since it was the weekend i had to wait till monday morning and take time off work to bring the car back to the place who changed my belts.... not soon after i get a call saying my engine is done and i need to change the timing chain guide !!. :jawdrop

anyway can somebody please give me some advice on where to take it " a good mechanic", or maybe an experienced person who can do it in his garage or w.e ...i dont plan on spending a ton, but i love the car and i did upgarde to many things to just sell it !! .. fuckin gay but what can you do:angry
