1991 535i Transmission leak
 

I started up my car on Friday and it seemed to run fine but when I backed out, I noticed red fluid in the spot where my car was. I parked the car back in that spot and started it up again a little while later and I saw that there was fluid leaking from something that's in front of the tranny's fluid pan :conf.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?! I've gotten that transmission fixed three times already. Is it time for a new one? Any help would be greatly appreciated
