528i speedometer
my 2000 528i is giving me some headaches, in the morning all runs fine but after about 10 mins of driving the DSC light comes on and my speedo and economy dials stop working also the ABS and brake lights come on. HAve used a diag machine which points to the rear left speed sensor not working, have changed it but no results. Help anyone, suggestions are needed. Thanks

Yeah have checked the harness, there seems to be no damage. Another scan is telling me that my ABS unit has a problem. Could a faulty ABS unit cause this?

It's possible, it sounds like there needs to be some more testing and diag though. I'd say its most likely worth your while to find a beemer shop and have them figure it out, otherwise you're just going to end up "shot gunning" it with parts.
