Your Ride: 1999 540i
1999 540i timing belt replacement

The above vehicle has 89,000 miles logged. the dealer replaced the water pump at 80,000 miles as a pre-emptive measure; i probably should have replaced the timing belt at that time, but was an oversight on my part.

Should I go ahead and have the timing belt replaced.

The car is stored for winters and is driven 7-10,000 miles annually.

Your feedback is appreciated
