E39 Exhaust

Hi i am new to the forum and to BMW's as well. I came from drifting (240's and a 350Z) anyways i am looking to get a used (or cheap new) dinan exhaust. Where's the best place to find some. Also, what are the different types of dinan exhaust's. Sorry for the question i'm just having trouble finding performance stuff for my 540 and i have tried "the search button." Any help would be greatly appreciated.
