540i tire question
I'm looking at adding a 2003 540i with 6speed and sport package to go with my 2002 325cic. The car has 18" M wheels with 35 profile Pirelli all season tires (don't remember specific tire). My question is; will I get around decently in Minnesota snow with the all seasons, or do I need to get snow tires? I don't mind getting a second set of rims and tires, but do want to fully understand my costs here. Thanks for your insight.

Depends on how bad the snow is and how hard you drive. I'd say an extra set of tires and rims might be a prudent choice, if you can swing it.....why not? Better that than getting stuck or wrecked. (just the opinion of a desert dweller :-).
