bmw 535i sport coolant problems!! someone please help me!!!
im haveing nothing but problems with my coolant system on my 2000 535 sport, i relpaced the water pump because it falied and smashed my fan to peace's and my rad, a week later a heater pipe burst so i relpaced that and the thermerstat while i was at it, but today it poped the top hose off of the rad and the pipe comeing out of the thermerstat going to the bottom of the rad wasent very hot but the top hose was, is ther a special way to blead the coolent system???? i seems like thet is a big air look in the system, im runnig out of idears ,

Don't know much about the e-39 but my e-30 was a pain to bleed the cooling system on. The e-30 has a bleader valve on top of the thermostat housing. Check the manual at your local public library and see or check this link and see if it helps.

535's idea will work you could also try to use a vacuum pump to suck the air our, blue point sells a kit they call it a radkitplus if I remember right.
