coolant flush for oil in coolant
1992 535i w/Dinan enhancements 6 cyl 5 spd. I just noticed oil in the coolant kind of a blueish grey. I have no performance issues, no water in the oil, or sign of water in the oil pan, it's been running great .
From the forums I probably have a oil to coolant system leak in the head gasket. ( Mechanic quoted me $800 for flush $2100 for gasket)
Is the a best practices for flushing the cooling system?
yes true blue and Bars Leaks looking for a how to guide?
That would only be a stop gap measure, if it works at all. You really need to get the head gasket changed. If you don't, say bye bye to your O2 sensors and your catalytic converter.
