525i Touring rear shocks...HELPPPPPPP
Anybody have any suggestions on what to do about a leaking rear shock on a 1992 525i Touring (wagon)? The Left rear has blown which is tied into the power steering pump. Apparently a replacement is NLA and I can't seem to find a used one. Apparently there is a conversion to regular struts but I can't find any info.

Thanks for the link to bavauto...this is the first place to have them available. At $584 per side now the debate becomes do I replace both or just the side thats leaking....Thoughts?
Anybody converted from the self levelling system to regular shocks from a sedan? I would guess you'd need to replace controll arms...everything.
