Tired Suspension

So I have 72000 miles on my E39 and am wondering when it will be time to replace the stock suspension. I have a 540 sport. I have replaced the upper and lower front control arms, tie rods, bushings all around and front and rear sway bars. But that is the extent of the suspension that I have touched.

What signs/symptoms should I look for? It seems to me that 75000 miles was a number that I remember reading somewhere.
