Indiana/ Chicagoland meet- Sept. 15th, merrillville, IN 11 am- Be there or ban!
 

Ok fellow fives-

After speaking with some of you in the other thread RacerX911 and I have collaborated a little to come up with this plan.

The meet will be held Sept. 15th in Merrillville, IN. Racerx911 has offered his business as a place for us to meet, and I think that is a fine idea.

We will meet at his shop, have a meet and greet and optional cigar while others arrive. Racer or I will be posting some details and the shop address shortly.

Once we are sure everyone has arrived we will be driving to the Southlake Mall which is nearby for a photo shoot. There's lots of room at the mall to arrange the cars and take some nice shots.

After photos and more 5 series talk we will be heading over to Buffalo wild wings for lunch and drinks. BW's has a good lunch menu in my opinion.

From lunch we will play it by ear- maybe a scenic drive?


Although none of this is set in stone this is the basic plan.

I know there were a couple of us that opted for a sunday meet and I apologize. I was thinking if you skipped lunch with us maybe some of you could come out just for a quick meet and greet and some pics. I look forward to meeting you guys and gals and your cars!

Glad to see the loads of response and excitement for this idea.

I don't know what is more disturbing, the lack of bimmers uniting or the "similar threads" box....
