btw, if you are too lazy to do the math, it actually comes out to .002 dollars. e^(i*pi) = -1 and the summation of 1/(2^n), n=1 to infinity is 1

That was actually the most entertaining 27 minutes of customer service ever, although if it were me personally, i would have blown my top after having to explain how to carry a zero fro the Umpteenth time.
