Radio and OBC Memory

Hey, I have a slight problem with my E30 M3. My Memory on my radio and the OBC does not hold. I can set them but as soon as I turn off the car and start it up agian I get 12:00 on the radio and my OBC displays
----URL (something like that). What woulkd cause this problem, it wouldnt be the SI board batteries (all my lights and tachs work alright except for the temp one it just goes above cold and stays there). Also my dome lights do not come on when I open the door (I have them set right becasue if I have my Key in the ignition and turn it to the second position the lights will come on if the door is open). Is this normal for this vehicle?

Thanks,
Mario

Maybe the ignition key switch is worn a bit and not switching with good contact causing that circuit to reset?
