Can you convert a desktop to car cpu?
I am buying a touch screen in dash monitor from harry but i was wondering if tehre is any way i can convert a desktop cpu to a car cpu cuz i have 3 or 4 extra ones in the basement, i also have 2 laptops laying around, i dont want to go out and buy a car cpu if i dont have to, any sugestions or ideas on this??? |

You need to mod the power supply. Try mp3car.com for some more ideas.

brandon, i'll tell you what, those pc's in the absement are absolute SHIT! i mean they're off the shelf dell pentium 2's from like 6 years ago.... get yourself a mac mini if you want anything usefull. and dude, where the hell are you getting the money for the AVIC-N2? or even the liliput?
