Has anyone mounted their amp on the roof inside of the trunk? If so anyone have any pics of just where they mount their amps cause I have mine mounted behind the rear seat however I cant get it to stay attached.

Mounting amps upside down is usually a bad idea. Heat rises and this puts the PCB at the 'top' ...the heat sinks are designed to draw heat away from the PCB. Having said that ...some amps are more forgiving than others.

hmm never thought of it like that it makes since I have one of those new sony xplod amps the redesigned them so more than likely I will just mount it to the box
I mounted mine on a piece of plywood that i cut to fit behind my back seat in the trunk. I then bought some carpeting, carpetted the plywood and mounted the amp to the plywood. After this i just used thine threaded sheetrock screws(appropriate lenght) and screwed through the board into the metal behind my seats.
Of course my seats dont fold forward like yours do(im assuming?).
Heres a pic, hope it kinda helps.

It also depends what ohm load you going to run it, it's going to run at 4ohm... Who cares, the thing will not really get hot at all. But if on the other hand it;'s going to run at 1ohm or smaller... then IF you mount it under the rear deck or under a seat (somewhere with not as much ventilation) then get some fans or something.
But it all depends on what you going to push it, how hard you'll push them and what ohm load they will run on...
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
I've seen them mounted on the "underside" of the rear shelf (in trunk) using a U shaped shelf. As mentioned earler, heat sinks should always be aimed to pull heat away from the unit. Also check the mfgrs recommendations on positioning - mounting wrong could void warranty or worse yet leave an impression on your mounting surface - 'burnt footprint" - Airflow is your friend...

Your Ride: Nothing .. for now.
if it were me. i'd stick with the traditional method and bolt it to the rear seat for two reasons.
wires. and wires.
i don't like the idea of the power and ground running up the side of the car to the amp. under the trunk carpeting makes the most sense to me.
second is the signal/power line to the subs. for best efficency you'd want the wire hanging straight down to the amps, to keep it as short as possible. if you stealth the wire .. the length of the wire is inversly proportional to sound quality.
now. just food for thought .. it's just bass anyways. it's not like you're going to demand perfect sound quality.
