Car Audio and Electronics

Okay here are some pictures of my cars new sound stuff which I installed myself a fact I am very proud of since I had no idea what I was doing but I really like doing stuff like that so I caught on pretty quick and got it working! Here is a picture from the driver’s seat at night:
I know the colors clash a little but I rather like the difference. The head unit is an Alpine CDA 9856 and it sounds great. And it will look different when I get my iPod mounted in a couple of days and wired up.
Hears a picture of the installation process:
And a picture of the Trunk:
The Subwoofers are 2 10" Alpine Type-S and the Amp is a MTX 6001. I know there a little bit uneven but I'm going to mount them a different way in the future.
And that’s what I was doing for the past 2 nights. I wanted to do engine modification first but the deal on the sound system was way too good to pass up. So now I'm planning to move onto clear turn signal lamps and Angel eye head lights, and a Trunk lip spoiler, then or before which ever, A cold air intake (DINAN possibly if its not TOO expensive), a sportier sounding exhaust, engine software and auto transmission software, a stress bar and some shock upgrades, then a M-Technic front bumper and a Hamann rear bumper.

lots of pretty red X's

Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

Those are TSW Montage with the roundels. And yeah I thought running the cable to the subs would be the hardest part but putting in the head unit turned out to be crazy, apparently audio work in BMWs specifically is twice as complicated as in normal cars. I also thought about getting one with a red tint but I liked the way this one worked the best and plus I'm getting my iPod hooked up so I can play movies and videos and it will be another screen there so I'll just have like a ROYGBV dash at night. I like it either way
