Alright I'm putting a new Alpine head unit and Subwoofers into my car and I'm starting to get frustrated with the installation of the head unit, does anyone else that have replaced their head units have some tips? Its starting to get on my nerves.
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
You need to kind of wiggle your harness to the left, right, or below the head unit itself. It can't be directly behind it or it won't fit. I've changed out my headunit a good number of times between two cars (most recently about a week ago in a gas station parking lot ). I usually find a hole on the left side, push the harness over into it, and slide the HU straight back. It's just a matter of messing with it. You'll get it.
