Avic N1 Problem...Komodo??

Ok, so when I turn my car off and my screen falls down to slide back into the harness, the top end of the screen goes too far down, and it doesnt want to go back into the deck, unless I hold it up a little bit, and sort of guide it in. The screen is a little floppy as well when it is up and functioning. Does anyone know how to re calibrate this, and or tighten it?
Thanks,
Steve

Hum, strange. I honestly haven't seen that before. It could be the gears are slipping and it can't pull in at that angle. Did you buy the unit new? (and do you have the warranty for it still?) If it is still under warranty, I wouldn't recommend tearing into a unit that expensive.

Sorry I couldn't be more help, maybe someone else on here will have some other ideas. Let us know what you figure out.
