XM vs Sirius

So besides Howard Stern, how does XM compare to Sirius? Does one have better sound quality? What are the pros and cons of both?

Thanks.

Sirius sounds better Reasons:

1) Sirius has 3 satellites, one of them is always doing a figure 8, while 2 spin around, so you'r always pin pointed by 2 satellites.

2) Sirius came 1 year after XM, so they had to do something about there sound quality, what XM did when they came, is that they took the amount of bandwidth they had and divided it equally for all the channels they have.
Sirius on the other hand, took all there talk shows and gave those the least amount of bandwidth as possible since it's just talk, doesn't matter, and gave all there music channels more bandwidth. Plus, most people that come in the store, unless if they are die-hard XM fans or baseball fans, they like Sirius more.

3) Sirius is growing at a faster rate

^^ hum, is that so? XM has a larger market share right now... and I heard XM had better playlists for their stations. Thoughts on that?

User not setup in Rate My Car.
Click here to set it up.
XM has better sound quality, reception, and variety. All i did was talk about the differences during the holidays. What setup are you looking at? Are you considering an FM modulated model(i.e. Sportster or Skyfi2) or something that adds onto an existing headunit.

Good. I decided on XM and got an alpine headunit.
