If you have a cassette player, your best option is a cassette adapter. If not a wired FM modulator will give you much better performance than a wireless modulator. Anything beyond those options and you're probably spending more money than the Nano is worth.
First and foremost, do you have an aux. input? IF not...
If you have a changer port, that's a direct way to connect it, but then you would lose your CD changer. If that is not an option, then we can go FM modulated.... If that isstill not an option, well, I have this new line of product that says then can add an Ipod to any car, we were supposed to get a rep this week, but I seriously doubt it....

Rooz beat me to it. When I install my new headunit next week, I'm going to run an RCA cable from my AUX input to my glove box, so I can hook up a laptop or ipod to my car sound system.

I have the factory 6 disc changer and in theory, if I have my ipod hooked up, I shouldn't need the changer anymore. Where is the auxiliary input? Do I need to get an adapter to connect the ipod to the auxilliary input? How about locations to mount the the ipod? Are there any systems that will integrate with the computer and indicate song title and artist on head unit display? If someone has pics about how do this stuff, it would be helpful for me to see.

OK, sorry was swamped at work today, I did look into it for a little while, so far I found a piece from monstercable that will run you 129.99, but give me a bit more time to look into it farther...
