Your input for my audio ideas appreciated

Okay, turn back now if you dont have a little time to spare. There are alot of questsions. This will be a long post because I will seperate each question to its own line, to help anyone willing to answer my questions

My Current Situation

I have a 2000 Ford Mustang GT with the mach460 speaker system. My front tweeters went bad so I went to the local audio shop and they put in two 15-MCTIA Memphis tweeters. They sound perfect at low volumes, but when I start to blast the music its not so good. I have a pioneer head unit, but I think that goes to the stock amp and to the speakers, the tweeters arent wired to the headunits built in amp.

Tweeters I got- http://www.memphiscaraudio.com/prod...ails.asp?id=154

Is the reason the music isnt so good at loud levels becuase the stock amp isnt giving enough power to the tweeters? Would getting an aftermarket amp fix this problem?

Future Plans

I plan to finish off my stereo system but first wanted to ask you guys.

Is Memphis a company worth looking into, or should i stop what I did and go another route?

Assuming I stick with Memphis. If I were to complete my setup, two more tweeters for the back seat and the mids. Would this be a good setup?

I plan to get a memphis 4ch amp to go along with this, would 75x4 be suffecient for this? http://www.memphiscaraudio.com/prod...tails.asp?id=13

Side question jump in. For mids i was told i have 6" speakers I believe? Looking at Memphis's site for these speakers all 6" and 5.5" all have tweeters also, is this what I am looking for? Or am I looking in the wrong place. Just looks redundant having another set of tweeters? Correct me if im wrong. Speakers > http://www.memphiscaraudio.com/prod...egory.asp?cat=1

I have an audiobahn A8000T amp thats rated at 800watts at 2 ohm. If I got http://www.memphiscaraudio.com/prod...tails.asp?id=41 would that go well with my amp? Or do you have another suggestion? http://www.memphiscaraudio.com/prod...egory.asp?cat=2

Please correct any of my thinking if I am wrong. If I got this setup would it be better/worth the money than my current Mach460

Thanks for any help

Lightbulb What the nut? ;)

Okay, for beginners, none of your links go to any actual product. It says "404 - page not found!". So I can't help you out with the actual products now, but I can tall you this. On your "side question": to get 6" speakers without tweeters in them you need to either search the entire earth or buy a component set with has a seperate tweeter and a midrange speaker. You're right, it is redundant to have two sets a tweeters. And, if they are both not aimed directly in the same way, the same sound will hit you ears at two different times. It will be almost unnoticable, but you sound like a car audio guy, so you might hear it. In conclusion, update your links so that I can look at these speakers and remember that anything is better than that piece of a "sound system" that is the Mach 460. That is all, talk at you later.
