Radio Display gone haywire

Does anyone have any knowledge as to why my radio display would not display correctly after just washing the car? most of all the red is lite. I cant read anything. Any help or sugestions would be appreciated. My car is a 02' 325i with only 60K

you said "after just washing the car"
could be coincidence but is the radio itself still operating normally?

Radio is still opperating normal. I just cant read the display. Just coincidental?
