I have a 93 325is are there rca outputs behind the stock deck?

nope. no auxilary.

you gotta get a cd changer adapter for RCA stuff.

can you do that and keep the stock deck?

you just plug the connectors from the back of the cd changer into the adapter, then change the radio to cd.

not sure if it would work with a pre '96 3 series though. you'll have to do some research on that.
